    II. Features of new-type PVC-U composite pipeline system for drainage

    III.Production technique of Ginde PVC-U composite drainage pipes
    1. Production equipment
    The plastics molding extruder (for tubing) imported from Germany KraussMaffei Company is designed and manufactured with the most advanced technology at present in the world, which owns advanced performances such as three-layer co-extrusion, high-speed extrusion molding, automatic cut-of-length, on-line hot-melt tube end expansion and PC software controlled production processes.
    The PC software (C4) for controlling the production processes can be inputted and set in advance according to process specification, start-up time, temperature control criterion and other conditions during production operations. Meanwhile, all the modification of running speed, melt pressure, extrude output, torque load and regulations of equipment motor and screw rod is automatically monitored, recorded, stored for reading; it also can alarm dangerous conditions, automatically shut down and display suggestions or correcting instructions on the screen (it can read and used with three languages). Therefore, it can guarantee fundamentally equipment in good condition as well as normal operation of production processes.
    Advanced mechanical structural design adopts planoconic twin screw with slenderness ratio of 36D, perfectly integrated with scientific and special compression ratio process technological design and mechanical structure. It owns prominent performances such as secondary air exhaust, repeated compression, moderate melting, high-speed extruding production process. Meanwhile, it equipped with large mixing equipment imported from Germany Reimelt, which owns the functions of automatic metering and convey, dust-free seal and uniform mixing and dispersing; therefore it can guarantee the continuous process of production automatization.
    2.Raw material

    PVC resins are adopted as the carriers; they own the high quality performance such as accurate response to temperature, timing melt and rapid absorption of addition agents when reducing the intermolecular gravitational interaction of resins. Meanwhile, our company has adopted the world top brand complex thermal stabilizer - German "Bea"  which can capture, inhibit, absorb and neutralize emitted hydrochloride, make double-bond addition reaction with polyene and replace active and unstable atom chlorine in molecules.
