    Manifolds Brief introduction
     
    Manifold is referred to a water distributor with multiple branches. Manifold, as the nerve center of water supply in modern upholstery, is composed of several tee branches, distributing the water thee each outlet according to the volume flow, which diminished the pressure fluctuation of each outlet. To meet the market’s demands, my company has produced the ginde manifold by learning from others.
     
    Advantages:
    ginde designs the manifold according to the international technical requirement of underfloor heating. Ginde’s manifold has passed the test of hydraulic pressure between 0.8-1.0Mpa.
    well-distributed: guarantee the even pressure on each outlet and stable volume flow. Avoid the mutual interference in outlets.
    avoid leakage: scientific structure, taper thread with double sealing.
    water saving: each of the outlet joint connects with one sanitary ware, overlapping the volume flow, decreasing the caliber of the pipe, laying it down easily, and reducing loses of the cocks. One manifold replace three tees, smoothing the installation and reducing the cost of decoration.
    logical grades of applying the underfloor heating can meet the requirement of human health.

    Insdustrial and civilian construction, hotel, airport, stations, home decoration, hot and cold water supply system, drinkable water supply system, pharmacy, foodstuff, beverage and hygienic industrial fluid distribution system.
     
    Installation
     
    the place of manifold should consider following aspects: convenient operation. Debugging test, space saving.
    screw the manifold on the upper side-panel, while fix the Siamese below it.
    before set the plug of the manifold, please twining some Teflon tape around the thread. Screw in the plug until you feel the resistance. There is no necessary to set the plug into the manifold. The main pipe will be cleaved due to expansion of the plug by screwing strongly.
    fix the side-panel either on the wall or on the floor.
    rest the nut on the rounded-off pipe, then place the ladder ring, push the reamed pipe into compression joint until reaching the bottom of the compression joint, screw up the  pipe joint. Prevent the strong manual force from affecting the sealing between the end of ball valve and main pipe. Please don’t apply the force on the ball valve or handle.
    after the testing, fix the front-panel on the side-panel by screw in.
